SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Gulbarn delivers throughout Australia and internationally.
We offer free shipping for orders over $80 within Australia, and a flat-rate shipping fee of $30 for international orders.
Please note, we can only accommodate one address per order.
We use Australia Post for all orders, both domestic and international.
International customers are responsible for following the customs guidelines of your own country and you alone are liable for any additional customs charges.
The Gulbarn warehouse is located in Sydney. We endeavour to ship all items within 3 business days of an order being placed and upon receipt of payment. Metropolitan Australia orders will take an additional 1-2 business days to arrive, other regions may take up to 5 more business days. During COVID-19, there have been significant delays, please to take this into account when ordering.
Gulbarn is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in shipping. Gulbarn cannot be held responsible for delivered items once Australia Post's tracking service shows the item has been delivered to the address that was provided. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We do our best to ensure the product pages have as much detail as possible--however we are aware that there may be slight variances as each product hand-picked and wild harvested.
We don’t offer refunds on items due to a change of mind, so please choose your purchases carefully. However, we will happily replace or refund any product with any manufacturing fault.
Simply contact us hello [at] gulbarn [dot] com [dot] au including the following information:
- Your invoice/ receipt number
- Your name
- Your contact details
- The item(s) you would like to return
- The reason you are returning the item(s)
Gulbarn cannot accept returns if the item was purchased during a sale or promotion or if the product has been discontinued.
Gulbarn will confirm via email whether your item(s) can be returned. Once you have received confirmation please return the item to Gulbarn within 7 days for Australian customers and within 21 days for International customers.
We will only accept returns of full priced goods in the following circumstances:
- You have made contact with Gulbarn within two (2) days from the date you received the goods (as tracked via Australia Post)
- The original tags have not been removed
- The goods are accompanied by a proof of purchase
In the case that an item cannot be replaced, a refund will be made using the original form of purchase - either via credit card or Paypal- minus the original cost of postage. We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent you the wrong item or if the item sent is deemed to be faulty.
Gifts purchased from Gulbarn must also adhere to the normal exchange process.
